You and Payrolls Inc. also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of Bexar County District Court and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas with respect to such matters.

Payrolls Inc. makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose for third party downloaded software. Furthermore, Payrolls Inc. disclaims any liability for loss or damage that may occur directly or indirectly from the use of third party downloaded software.
